Ordering:  Please refer to our shipping FAQ before placing your order. Products are sold only as whole pallets. All published prices are subject to changes at any time. All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, license fees, custom fees, duties and other charges. All prices quoted are for Products only and do not include delivery, installation, technical data or proprietary rights of any kind. All orders are received and accepted in the State of Florida, U.S.A. Payment shall be made by credit card, cashier’s check, or money order. Paid orders are normally sent directly to manufacturer for 72 hour production turnaround, with shipping pickup to occur as close as possible to completion of manufacture. ISBUILDARTS may accept or decline an order for reasonable cause including but not limited to Product unavailability, failure by Customer to satisfy payment terms, and/or non-compliance of Customer with this Agreement.  Any monies received for a cancelled or unaccepted order shall, barring extenuating circumstances, be fully and promptly refunded to Customer. ISBUILDARTS determines on a case-by-case basis if an order can be returned. Customer must initiate a return request within fifteen (15) days of delivery to a physical address (as opposed to legal delivery to a common carrier), and if approved, only unused (meaning not installed then removed) products in whole pallets in their original shipping condition (on the same pallet as shipped, with original wrapping) are accepted, and Customer pays for all return shipping costs, and product cost will be refunded after 25% restocking fee. 

Specifications & Installation: Measurements and ordered amounts of Products are the responsibility of the Customer, including reasonable estimates for waste in the installation process. Please confirm all measurements and quantities with your installer/contractor prior to ordering. ISBUILDARTS is not responsible for any calculation errors in amounts ordered of the Products. The Customer is responsible for its choices of Product, including the desired color(s).  When the Customer’s order specifications are submitted for manufacture, with Customer confirmation (by email or other reasonable means) prior to submittal, there will be no changes in the Products to be made. Customer shall be solely responsible for the installation of the Products and ISBUILDARTS shall not be subject to claims, and shall have no liability whatsoever for, defective installation of Products. Installation of Products by Customer constitutes full and final acceptance of Products by Customer and constitutes a waiver by Customer of any claim for breach of warranty. Any modifications or alterations made to the Products void the warranty in these terms and conditions. Sealers, adhesives, grouts and other related installation materials may affect the final appearance and function of the Products, and all such materials are subject to the terms and conditions provided by their manufacturers which are not affiliated with ISBUILDARTS. ISBUILDARTS shall have no liability for claims made against such manufacturers and Customers shall present any such claims directly to these materials’ manufacturers. 

Shipping & Delivery: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and for ensuring all conditions are met to allow for common carrier delivery of Products from the place of manufacture or supply point to a final curbside delivery address. ISBUILDARTS can assist a Customer in selecting third-party transportation companies, and a Customer may also select their own transportation company. Legal delivery shall be deemed completed upon transfer of the ordered Products at the place of manufacture or supply point to a common carrier designated by the Customer, or failing such designation, to any common carrier. ISBUILDARTS is not responsible for delay in shipment, or for failure to manufacture, due to causes beyond ISBUILDARTS’ reasonable control including, without limitation, delays in receipt of or unavailability of materials, accident, weather events, acts of God, acts of Purchaser, government action, strikes, embargoes, riots, priorities and allocations. ISBUILDARTS is not responsible for delays in pick-up and delivery times, imposition or payment of manufacturer storage fees, extra labor or equipment costs required by third-party transportation companies, if a shipment is mishandled or re-routed, or for receipt and offloading of Products, or for any other requirements or details of transportation and delivery of the Products. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the common carrier vehicle can reasonably and lawfully access the intended delivery location with the particular type and size of truck carrying the Products (some flatbed trucks or vans may be about 53 feet long and lack maneuverability, including for hilly, tight, rural, congested, and other difficult locales), and to arrange at Customer’s cost for lift gate vehicles, fork lifts, or other equipment necessary for the delivery. Any costs incurred because the truck cannot for any reason access the property, or a driver deems it unsafe to operate a vehicle en route to the property, or cannot offload the Products or otherwise complete delivery are to be borne by the Customer. It is the responsibility of the Customer upon arrival of the common carrier truck immediately to inspect shipments for damage or shortage and to file appropriate paperwork with the driver to initiate a claim and concurrently to notify ISBUILDARTS. In the event of reported damage or shortage, ISBUILDARTS will provide necessary documentation to assist a Customer with a claim with the transportation company.  

Limited Warranty:  ISBUILDARTS warrants to each Customer purchasing its Pisces Paver Products that the Products will conform to the ASTM physical and structural properties applicable to the Products at the time of order and sale.  Any images or descriptions in this website or other ISBUILDARTS marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only, intended merely to present a general description of goods, and such images shall not be deemed to create an express warranty that any of the goods covered by this agreement shall conform identically in all respects to such images and shall not form a part of the order. Actual fabricated product can vary from any sample provided, including, but not limited to, natural variations of raw materials. The appearance of final product is also affected by the job design, workmanship, sealer, bond pattern, joint finish, and cleaning method. Please refer to the ASTM standards for more specific information concerning paver specifications. ASTM Test results are available upon request. All hardscape is susceptible to staining and surface wear, including, without limitation, from exposure to either fresh or salt water, sprinklers or other irrigation systems, from improper drainage, contact with vegetation, chemical and oil spills, fertilizers, animal droppings, weather, and ultraviolet light.  Moreover, most, if not all hardscape is inherently susceptible to variation in shadings and markings and can vary from one production run to another.  These qualities are inherent in the nature of hardscape products and are not in any way considered to be latent defects. 


THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS AND EXCLUDES ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. THE SOLE REMEDY OF CUSTOMER, AND THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF ISBUILDARTS, FOR FAILURE TO SATISFY THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPLACE NONCONFORMING PRODUCTS OR, AT ISBUILDARTS’ OPTION, TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE, PROVIDED ISBUILDARTS HAS THE RIGHT AND ABILITY TO CONDUCT A REASONABLE INSPECTION OF THE CLAIMED NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS.  IN NO EVENT SHALL ISBUILDARTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER OR FURTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DELAY, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, WORK STOPPAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OF EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO THE WORK (“WORK”) INTO WHICH THE PRODUCT IS INCORPORATED, OR LABOR OR OTHER EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH REMOVING THE PRODUCT FROM OR REPLACING THE PRODUCT IN THE WORK.

important note for ordering

Each pallet weighs about 2,500 lbs. and is usually shipped by common carrier, with various requirements, such as delivery only to curbside for residential customers unless other arrangements are made. With your order, our shipping FAQ will help you know what's involved so your fish can swim happily to your property.​​

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. How much does a pallet weigh and what are its dimensions?

A: Each pallet is about 2,500 pounds, and about 36”x36”x40” high.


2. Where will the shipping truck leave the pallet(s) I order? Can the truck deliver to any address without restrictions?
A: Common carrier trucks deliver strictly to the curbside of a residence.  A driver may decide that delivery cannot be made to an address because of difficult or unsafe conditions, such as an unusually steep road or an unpaved road in poor condition.  Some localities and homeowner associations have rules that affect delivery.  Before you place your order, please let us know if there are conditions or circumstances that may affect delivery.

3. Will I need a “liftgate” truck for my delivery? Does it cost more?
A: In most cases, residential delivery requires a liftgate, since a liftgate lowers the pallet(s) from the truck bed to the street level.  There is a slight upcharge. Liftgates are not needed when delivery is to a standard height freight loading dock or its equivalent. Before you place your order, please let us know if you need a liftgate.

4. If a truck delivers only to the curbside, how do I get the pallet(s) to the installation site on my property?
A: Your installer likely has equipment that can move the pallet(s), such as a pallet jack (or even forklift).  Paver pieces can be loaded onto the bed of a pickup or S.U.V. or other vehicle, moved piece by piece by other means, with due care not to damage them by poor handling.  Please consider if there are barriers to the installation site that will require a crane or other special equipment.  There are companies that you can hire locally for a separate charge to move the pavers for you.  If you want us to help you arrange that option, please mention it in the order process.
